1. Who we are
Wealthian is a paid online community operated by Wealthian Private Limited ("Wealthian", "we", "us"), accessible at wealthian.com. The community is founded by Kundan Kishore and provides personal finance education to its members.
2. What the membership includes
A Wealthian membership is a monthly subscription priced at ₹99 per month, inclusive of GST. It includes access to the community wall, one live online class every week on a personal finance topic, daily money news explained in plain language, and one open discussion session every week. The schedule and format of sessions may evolve as the community grows, and we will communicate changes to members in advance wherever possible.
3. Education, not advice
Everything on Wealthian is educational. We do not provide investment advice, stock tips, trading calls, portfolio management, or recommendations to buy or sell any security or financial product. Wealthian Private Limited is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Markets carry risk, and any financial decision you make is your own. We encourage members to consult a SEBI-registered professional before making investment decisions.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate details, including your name, mobile number, city, and email, when creating an account. Your account is personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You must be 18 years or older to become a member.
5. Billing and renewal
The membership fee is charged monthly in advance through an auto-debit mandate set up via our payment partner, Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise the recurring monthly charge of ₹99 until you cancel. You will receive a notification from your bank or UPI app before each debit, as required by RBI regulations. 6. Community conduct
Members may comment on posts. We expect respectful conduct. The following are not permitted and may lead to removal of content or termination of membership without refund: abuse or harassment of any member, sharing stock tips or trading calls, promoting products or services, spam, sharing membership content outside the community, and any unlawful activity.
7. Content and intellectual property
All classes, posts, recordings, and material on Wealthian are the intellectual property of Wealthian Private Limited and are for personal, non-commercial use by members. Recording, redistributing, or reselling community content is prohibited.
8. Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice to members, in which case unused full billing periods, if any, will be refunded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealthian Private Limited is not liable for any financial losses arising from decisions you make based on educational content in the community. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the membership fees paid by you in the preceding three months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
