Refund and Cancellation Policy

The short version

You can cancel anytime. The month you have already paid for is non-refundable, and you keep full access until the end of that paid period. No questions, no hassle, no lock-in. We would rather you stay because the community is worth it, not because leaving is hard.

1. How the subscription works

Wealthian membership is ₹99 per month, inclusive of GST, charged in advance through an auto-debit mandate via Razorpay. Each successful payment covers the next 30-day membership period.

2. Cancelling your membership

You can cancel in either of two ways. First, write to support@wealthian.com from your registered email with the subject "Cancel my membership", and we will cancel the mandate within 2 working days and confirm to you. Second, you can revoke the Wealthian Autopay mandate directly in your UPI app or with your bank at any time, which stops all future charges immediately.

3. Refunds

Membership fees already charged are not refundable, including the current month at the time of cancellation. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charges are made. If you are charged after a confirmed cancellation due to an error on our side, we will refund that charge in full within 7 working days.

4. Failed payments

If a monthly debit fails, we will notify you on WhatsApp and give you a short grace period to fix the mandate. If payment is not completed within the grace period, membership access pauses until payment resumes. Nothing extra is charged for the paused period.

5. Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you believe you have been charged twice or incorrectly, write to support@wealthian.com with the payment reference, and verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
