1. What we collect

When you create a Wealthian account, we collect your name, mobile number, city, and email address. When you use the community, we store the comments you post and basic technical information needed to run the service, such as login timestamps.

2. Payments

Membership payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Your card, bank, or UPI details are entered directly with Razorpay and are never stored on Wealthian's servers. We receive only the status of your subscription, such as active or cancelled, and the reference IDs needed to manage your membership. Razorpay's handling of your payment data is governed by their privacy policy.

3. How we use your information

We use your details to run your membership: managing your account and subscription, delivering classes and community access, and communicating with you about the service, including via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. By becoming a member, you consent to receiving membership-related communication on WhatsApp at the number you provide. We may use aggregated, anonymised data, such as how many members are from each city, to improve the community.

4. What we never do

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share your details with advertisers. Your phone number and email are used for Wealthian communication only.

5. Where your data lives

Member data is stored securely with our infrastructure providers, with the primary database hosted in Mumbai, India. Access within Wealthian is limited to team members who need it to operate the service.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to correct your details or delete your account and personal data by writing to support@wealthian.com from your registered email. We will action deletion requests within 30 days, subject to records we are legally required to retain, such as payment and tax records.

7. Cookies

wealthian.com uses only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you logged in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the member experience.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will inform members through the community or by email. The latest version always lives at this page.
